As the Fall real estate season nears, an older post by Pacific Union highlights how many choose a real estate company.
A survey by J.D. Power found that 35 percent of first-time homebuyers and 27 percent of first-time sellers said they selected their real estate company based on its reputation. Moreover, 28 percent of first-time homebuyers and 27 percent of first-time sellers made their choice of realtor because of recommendations.
Approximately 20 percent of customers say they will switch real estate companies if the sales agent moves to another company.
I’ve been trying to come up with a good way to get my get a new home. It makes sense that I would want to choose a real estate agent based on their reputation! that way I can make sure that I get someone who can make sure I get a home for good value. Thanks for sharing!
