One interesting consequence of the year-long pandemic is that golf courses – and golf course communities – are popular again. After years of decline during which many golf courses closed down, golf has seen a dramatic rise in popularity as it’s one of the few sports people can play while remaining socially distant from others.
Moreover, golf communities offer security and privacy, which are increasingly valued these days. Analysts say that communities in “vacation-like” settings are moving the fastest.
