A few weeks ago we remarked how kitchen remodels bring a strong return on investment – especially in the Bay Area. What about that other staple of renovation: the bathroom?
According to Houzz’s 2017 Bathroom Trends survey, homeowners in the San Francisco metro area can expect to spend an average of $34,000 to redo a large bathroom, more than $13,000 above the national average.
However, the good news is that these remodels should bring a return of at least 90 percent.
And did you know that baby boomers spend more than twice as much as millennials when renovating a master bathroom?
