After declining for nine straight months, a new report by Zillow reveals that home prices in the Bay Area increased by 0.07 percent in April.

Analysts cited the typical busy spring season – April, May, and June specifically – as well the slower pace of rising interest rates as prime factors in the modest uptick.

Some real estate advisors are encouraging clients to buy now and refinance later before prices climb even higher.
