- Plumbing: Plumbing in poor condition can also be a huge expense as time goes on. Get an accurate assessment of the condition of the plumbing.
- Electrical system: Outdated equipment should be updated before you move in.
- Energy efficiency: Newer homes are much more energy efficient. Get an accurate idea of the home’s insulation as well as the efficiency of older appliances.
