Geoff is the founder and manager of the company. He has been in the title and escrow industry for the past three decades, and has managed large and small title companies in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. He also holds a certification from the California Escrow Association.
Kathy has many years of experience in all types of escrows, including bulk sales, exchanges, commercial office complexes, and holding escrows. She is a past president of the California Escrow Association and maintains a designation of Certified Senior Escrow Officer.
Jennifer has been an escrow officer for over 10 years and is an expert in the “paperless” transaction management process. In addition to real estate transactions, she is an expert in mobile, manufactured, and floating home escrows. Jennifer is also certified by the California Escrow Association.
Deanna is an Escrow Officer with 2 years of experience in handling sale and refinance escrows. She has received the title of Certified Escrow Technician from the California State Escrow Association and has the skills that are required of that designation. Her excellent work habits insure that our customers are taken care of correctly every time.
Emily supports the escrow officers with all of the detail work that is needed for a successful close. Ordering demands, communications with our customers, closing details and funding package assembly. She has a “can-do” attitude that makes our customers feel good as they experience the challenges of buying, selling or refinancing.
Alicia, our marketing executive, is also qualified to deliver sales guidance and support real estate agents for both real property transactions and business escrows. Alicia also coordinates our relationship with REO asset managers, bulk sale, and manufactured home specialists.
Our escrow officers are certified with the State of California.
They stay on top of the ever-changing escrow industry by attending Continuing Education Courses and with their membership in the California Escrow Association.
